Our mission is to heal operating room inefficiencies by supporting the global community of operating room professionals to deliver sustained and optimised healthcare.

We believe current operating room management systems are outdated and fail to understand and support the roles of operating room clinicians. Surgical teams work in real and practical environments that are dynamic and fast paced.

The loss of just 1 minute of surgical time, can mean the loss of a life or a limb. Surgery is becoming more specialised, complex and costly, on a number of levels.

As clinicians we are expected to adapt to the ever changing dynamic environment of the operating room. We are also expected to concisely support the surgeons changing surgical requirements in addition to contractual requirements of a healthcare facility.

Hardware and equipment used in the operating room can be complex, technical and difficult to troubleshoot if complications occur intra-operatively.

Yes, there are vendors to assist with troubleshooting equipment, however they may not be present at the exact time required.

Our role as clinicians is to support, optimise and lead patient safety, first and foremost. Whilst we care for our patients, full attention should be focused on patient care and delivery. As a clinician with over 20 plus years of operating room experience, we understand the impact of training and supporting staff. If a surgical procedure is taking longer than expected this can have a direct impact on the patient, staff, hospital and the community.

Our aim is to streamline practices, to support clinicians and optimise patient safety, as a result, operating room efficiency and productivity will be maximised, thus reducing surgical time, throughput, wastage and error.

We believe our customised software is needed now, more than ever due to the increasing demands of surgery, time, technology and safety.

Research shows the longer a patient is on the operating room table, increases their risks of an adverse event, infection, VTE, increased hospital stays, hospital cancellations, reduced throughput.

Research shows the US market wastes approximately $15M in opened and unused surgical supplies annually.

Operating room professionals learn on the job with various levels of support and training.

A 2010 study of operating room time, concluded, that just, one minute of operating room time is equivalent to on average $62.00 USD per minute this does not include surgical costs, assistant fees and prosthesis.

Our Surgical Software is currently comprised of 15 Surgical Specialties and preloaded with surgical procedures. All data with images and steps can be customised to each healthcare facility or network. Our software is hosted on AWS in a secure cloud based platform, and contains no patient data. It is a stand alone platform that could synchronise to existing EMR platforms.
